Cause:
1. You have connected to a wrong MSSQL server
2. Besides, the database username and password might be invalid
Solutions:
1. Make sure that the database connection is well defined with the correct MSSQL host, port (if required, else optional), Database username and password

Additional Information:

1. If you are Windows 2003 hosting client, you may double check on your database information through :a. Firstly,  Login into HELM control panel

b. Go to “Domains” >> select the domain name >> “Database Manager”

c. Next, Click on the database name from the list

d. Refer “Connection Information” for MSSQL Server Host, and listed the database user under the “Database Users” section.

e. Lastly, You may manage the database user by click on the database user name or click on Add New to setup a new database user

2. If you are a Windows 2000 hosting client, please contact our System Engineer for more details as the domain hosted on the Windows 2000 server has been migrated to the Windows 2003 site.
