- Enter SPAM Expert dashboard via client area. If user not familiar may refer to guideline (How To Enter SPAM Expert Dashboard).
2. User may now lead to a page which list down all recent quarantine incoming mail.
- Find the false positive quaratine email and click on drop down selection of the email which available on left hand side of the email transaction.
3. Select “Release” option and it shall deliver by system to intended recipient in a second.
